Why is the German parliament that frequented? Definitely because of its dramatic history. Established in the 1870s, this building went through hard times: the imperial era, crisis, civil-war like conditions, two world wars, revolutions, the German division and the reunification after almost 40 years. All that left marks in the walls of this colossal building.
The top of the Reichstag-Building is covered with a spectacular cupola. From here, we have a breath-taking 360-degrees-view over the city of Berlin.
